Terms of Use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms apply to Pocketly: Tinytopia (“Pocketly”, “the app”), made by Victoria Ali. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

License

Pocketly is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. You may use it for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment on Apple devices you own or control.

What's ours

The app, its characters, art, houses, music and name belong to Victoria Ali. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Purchases

If the app offers anything for purchase, it is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's terms, including refunds.

Changes to the app

We may update, change or stop offering features of the app at any time, for example to fix problems or add new houses.

No warranty

Pocketly is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it fun and free of bugs, but we can't promise it will always run without interruptions or errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Victoria Ali isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date above. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
